Per emails sent to customers and viewed by the outlet, residential users of the internet service will be split into areas of “limited capacity” and “excess capacity” with prices moving in opposite directions based upon this designation.
Limited capacity customers will now be charged $120 per month, up $10 from prior pricing, while excess capacity customers will see bills trimmed by $20 per month to $90.
Finally, RV customer bills will see a $15 per month increase to $150.
The changes to billing plans will take effect as of April 24.
