These slower drives are cheaper, and since the backup software runs in the background, you probably won’t notice the slower speed.
Get the largest backup drive you can afford.
A good backup system runs without you needing to do a thing.
While File History works quite well in my testing, and can take the place of something like Time Machine if you go through and set it up for every folder you need to back up, Windows still doesn’t really have a utility like Time Machine.
