Bumrah’s return may take longer, could miss IPL and WTC finals

A disappointing news for Indian fans as reports about Bumrah not being cleared by the BCCI and NCA for the IPL have surfaced all over the internet.
As stated in the report, Jasprit Bumrah is being closely monitored at the NCA, and he will only get his clearance certificate when the NCA feels Bumrah is back to 100%.
As a result, Bumrah is most likely to miss the entire season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) which is set to begin in less than a month’s time, as well as the finals of the World Test Championship in June.
Bumrah, who has picked up 319 wickets for India in 162 outings for India, across Test, One Day Internationals, and T20 Internationals, has been out of action for more than 5 months now.
The right-arm fast bowler played his last match in Indian colors on 25th September against Australia (T20 international), and fans have been waiting for his comeback ever since.
The earliest we may be able to see him back in action could be at the Asia Cup in September this year.
