The Last Airbenderlive-action adaptation has enlisted a member of the USS Enterprise to maintain harmony between the four nations.
The original animated series, which ran from 2005 to 2008 on Nickelodeon, followed the story of a young boy named Aang who must fulfill his destiny as the Avatar, a.k.a.
the only individual who can bend all four elements.
The concept was previously adapted into a 2010 live-action film directed by M. Night Shyamalanand starring Dev Pateland Nicola Peltz, though it was panned by critics and audiences alike.
